Stratton is a member of the team that develops proprietary financial modeling and engineering tools used throughout NISA. He also supports NISA’s Strategic Portfolio Management team which is charged with maintaining hedge strategies, including completion portfolios and exposure management strategies.
Stratton joined NISA’s Investment Strategies Group in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Stratton worked as a Director on the Interest Rate Derivatives Sales Desk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He earned a BS in Finance with minors in Mathematics and Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.
