David became CEO on Dec. 31, 2020, more than 20 years after joining NISA and developing the Investment Strategies Group.
With more than 30 years of investment experience, he provides executive oversight for growth initiatives and new product development, which under his tenure as CEO have included high-yield fixed income, quantitative long-short equity and absolute return strategies. He is a frequent author and speaker on a wide range of investment topics, and he has been featured in several leading institutional publications. Before joining NISA, David was employed by J.P. Morgan Investment Management.
David serves on the board of the International Institute of St. Louis as well as numerous philanthropic endowment committees. He was instrumental in developing the NISA Charitable Fund, which focuses on creating systemic change in the Greater St. Louis region in the areas of education, access to capital and workforce development. David earned a Distinguished Alumni Award from Washington University in St. Louis.
He holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, with majors in finance and mathematics.
