Stephen analyzes the global economy, monetary and fiscal policy, as well as interest rate markets. He is a leading voice on economic, market and portfolio matters—engaging clients directly and more broadly publishing timely chief economist updates. Stephen is regularly interviewed and quoted in financial publications, including the Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times.
Prior to joining NISA in 2016, he worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and was a trader at a multi-strategy hedge fund.
Stephen earned a B.A. in mathematical economics from Colgate University, an MBA from INSEAD and an M.A. in international economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
