Shelby conducts corporate bond credit research and provides investment recommendations to the Fixed Income and Derivatives Portfolio Management Group.
Prior to joining NISA in 2010, she worked as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
She earned a BSBA in finance and accounting from Saint Louis University.
