Kyle is a senior investment officer in the Quantitative Equity Portfolio Management Group. He is responsible for daily strategy implementation including signal research and generation, signal selection and weighting, and portfolio construction of NISA’s quantitative equity strategies.
Prior to joining NISA in 2025, he led the Quantitative Equity (QE) strategy at Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) where he also served as a member of both the Investment Committee for the Multi-Asset Strategies Group and the Portfolio Construction Committee. Prior to TRS, he worked as a software engineer at FlightSafety International.
He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in Finance and Business Analytics from Southern Methodist University.
