Justin joined NISA in 2005. He reviews client and trade documentation, analyzes regulatory issues and performs other special projects for current and prospective initiatives.
Justin earned a BSBA in finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. He is a member of the Missouri Bar.
