Heidi is a managing director, responsible for leading NISA’s business development and marketing efforts.
Heidi draws on over 30 years of asset management leadership to drive NISA’s growth initiatives, working in close collaboration with Investment Strategies and Client Services groups. She is responsible for business strategy, product positioning, marketing and communications, and cultivating the strategic relationships that expand NISA’s reach across the industry.
Most recently, Heidi was co-founder and CEO of Radiant Global Investors, a performance-driven active equity boutique with a proprietary, quantitative investment approach. Prior to founding Radiant in 2021, she was the Global Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of (AXA) Rosenberg Equities and a member of the AXA Investment Managers Management Board. During her 18-year tenure with Rosenberg, she held a variety of senior roles including Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff; Global Head of Client Services, Investment Strategy and Communications; and Head of North America Institutional Sales, Marketing and Product Development. Before joining Rosenberg, she was an Executive Vice President and Head of Product and Marketing at Wells Fargo Funds Management and a Managing Director at Montgomery Asset Management.
Heidi earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder.
