Bella handles legal and regulatory matters supporting NISA’s business and oversees the day-to-day operations of NISA’s Legal Group. Under her guidance, the Legal team provides legal and regulatory advice to the business and drafts and negotiates investment management agreements, derivative documentation and vendor contracts.
Over Bella’s 30-plus years of experience, she spent several years at two major New York City law firms and the past 20-plus years at NISA. She is a member of the state bars of Missouri and New York.
Bella holds a B.S. in finance and international business from New York University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
