Heidi leads NISA’s business development, marketing and strategic growth efforts, drawing on more than 30 years of asset management leadership. Working in close collaboration with the Investment Strategies and Client Services Groups, she is responsible for business strategy, product positioning, marketing and communications, and cultivating the strategic relationships that expand NISA’s reach across the industry.
Most recently, Heidi was co-founder and CEO of Radiant Global Investors, a performance-driven active equity boutique with a proprietary, quantitative investment approach. Prior to founding Radiant in 2021, she served as the global CEO and chair of the board of (AXA) Rosenberg Equities and as a member of the AXA Investment Managers management board. During Heidi’s 18-year tenure with the firm, she held a variety of senior roles, including global CEO and chief of staff; global head of client services, investment strategy and communications; and head of North America institutional sales, marketing and product development. Before joining Rosenberg, Heidi was an executive vice president and head of product and marketing at Wells Fargo Funds Management and a managing director at Montgomery Asset Management.
She earned a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
