Different Perspectives Strengthen How We Work

Our approach to inclusion reflects the same principles that shape our work with clients and one another: integrity, teamwork, accountability and intellectual curiosity. Different experiences encourage better questions, broader thinking and more informed decisions. We strive to create an environment where employees feel respected, supported and empowered to contribute their expertise.

Action That Moves across the Firm

The IDEA Team is a cross-functional group of employees who develop and support initiatives across the firm. Its work spans five areas and gives employees a way to help shape the workplace they are part of.

Employee Resource Groups That Build Connection

Our Employee Resource Groups create opportunities for employees to connect, learn from one another and build relationships. Organized around shared experiences, interests and professional development, each group helps strengthen our collaborative culture.

Extending Our Efforts into the Community

We believe all employees can enhance our collaborative culture by volunteering and supporting organizations that strengthen the St. Louis community. Partnering with the NISA Charitable Fund, whose mission is to promote equity among underserved populations by supporting organizations focused on creating systemic change in the areas of education, access to capital and workforce development, our employees have the opportunity to support charitable fund grant recipients through volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
