Robert Universe
Scenario: A customer required a database for a case study of a new weight training supplement. A unique multi user login was required to track individual progress, as well as the ability for the database to scale from 20 users to hundreds as the study increased in scope.
Solution: The database was designed with the case study participants in mind. After issuing each member a unique username/password, they could enter all their information in an easy to navigate form. An automatic e-mail reminder system was also put in place to remind the participants when they should be updating their information.

Scenario: A realty company needed to have easy to use listing software to manage their realty listings. The problem being that the realtors do not have time to learn software and did not have strong computer or graphical skills. Houses sell quick and a lot of data needs to be uppdated quickly and accurately.
Solution: The system was designed based on the realty listing forms that realtors use when they first list a home. They were familiar with the layout of the exisitng paper forms so we decided to keep the system simple but effective. Realtors can upload pictures and setup virtual tours with no existing knoledge of the internet or graphics. The system will post and size any picture that is uploaded and auto configure Virtual tour links.
Thomson Godfrey Realty Group
Scenario: Realtors needed a way to easily upload images to their online
listing database, without having to learn complicated methods for cropping and
editing digital images.
Solution: NISA developed a custom upload system specifically for Realtors
which allowed them to upload unedited pictures from their scanner or digital
camera. This saved them hours of time editing their images before uploading.
VIP Watson Online Catering
Scenario: A customer needed a robust e-commerce solution with credit card
processing, online product menus and customer database information. Ease of
use and order tracking for the end users was a must.
Solution: Incorporating a customer and product database, this home meal
service site was designed with the older client base in mind. A simple
interface, which at the same time was easily updatable, was constructed to
allow ease of use for the person ordering the meals. Since the majority of
clients would be elder we designed a function to increase the size of the font
on the website and created customer accounts so that orders could be
remembered for future dates. Site is expected to be online this fall
Rotary District 5020
Scenario: The Rotary clubs required a database that would be an economical
way to gather information on their 5000+ members, 83 clubs and executives plus
District level committees. This information was needed for their annual
printed directory, which normally took 4 months to gather and the team work of
an entire club.
Solution: A database was designed which could be managed by the individual
clubs, and updated daily. Different login levels were developed for District,
Club and Individuals. This allowed the information to be gathered and compiled
in a fraction of the time normally required. Reports were created to allow
numerous types of information to be presented to the District.
